 Besides water, Orange Juice and Soda doesn't help either. I've tried.
 My mom said hot water helps, but it really burns your tongue (the heat of the water and the chili sensation increases like 10x)
   
 and....you're going to need more then one cup of milk.

													There's this "stupid fact" which many parents and teachers (gosh!) used to teach their children. In order to improve your eyesight, look at green things. The best is to wake up 7am in the morning and look at the grass field. 
 
But in this century, the children are now teaching their parents and teachers that looking at distant objects every now and then relaxes your eye muscles and this helps to not strain your eyes. Which leads to better eyesight.
 
I have been taught the former since I was young btw. And I actually did something silly in primary school...by looking at my green file for 1/2 hour because these "adults" say that it can "improve eyesight".
