i think those rather large looking chunks...okay bad description...but i think there is potatoes in there although i can't confirm that....

didn't see this....but i don't suspect you ever had sukiyaki served traditionally..you dip the meat in a raw, beaten egg. Sweat

I've had sukiyaki at Suehiro a number of times and I've turned down the raw egg... Not my cup o' tea.

If any of you guys are interested, I've got every episode recorded since June 11, 2005 (except for the Nov. 5 episode--power outage)...

They're recorded on my DVD recorder, then converted to DivX, so I can pack more episodes (five, to be exact) per DVD.

The typical exchange rate is two blank DVDs for every recorded DVD.
