Wow...some of you have awesome collections!!! My collection is small. I have the following ~~~
KinKi Kids - Every "official" CD & Single that has been released so far.
Hikaru Utada - First Love
BOA - Valenti
Naohito Fujiki - Zero-san
Kiyoshi Hikawa - Everything...including videos! I know he's not JPOP but I still love him anyway.
I think that's it. Everything else I own are CD singles of various artists.
Aloha,
Clarissa

Hi Orenji,
I too have Bump, Warp (with DVD), Zero-san, Nao-Hit TV Live Tour 4 complete boxset, Nao-Hit TV Ver 2 and a few singles So Long, Wonderful Days, Puzzle, Tenshii no rainbow ... will you envy me too? just kiddin! Not trying to make you envious!!
Heeded your recommendation and saw Hatsu Taiken, I like it alot! The OST is awesome too, got that after finishing the drama.
Would sincerely like to share this with you and everyone else, you can download DAI's music video of this drama theme song off the net here: (but you might already know of this link?)
http://web.pjhs.tyc.edu.tw/~u9010283/index.htm
Of course, there are other DAI's music videos, songs and CMs here. Enjoy!

Clarissa!!! I wholeheartely agree, though right now I own only one music single of his. I'm starting to like this guy's music myself! I think he could very well qualify as JPOP seeing his music, though enka, has a very modern pop sound. Still, Shirokiya in Ala Moana sticks his stuff with the other enka stuff... Did you get a chance to see him in concert at the Sheraton Waikiki? I did... and he was fantastic!!!! Well worth the money!
Nice to see a fellow kama'aina on jdorama.com!!!!

I'm TOTALLY envious of ya leesun! I don't even have a single album of his coz' SG is selling the albums at too high a price mainly coz' it's imported from Japan. I am aiming to buy Zero-san and Live Tour set for SO long! Argh...
Where are you from leesun?
PS: I haven't heard Noriko sing before but I know she started singing long ago right?
3Peace...

Not sure if you wanna own those CDs or are you happy with MP3 formats?
Well, if you would like to add them to your jpop collection and you don't mind overseas versions, which is significantly cheaper than Japanese versions, you can purchase them at this site:
http://db.books.com.tw/exep/openfind_music.php?key=%C3%C3%A4%EC%AA%BD%A4H&page=0&sort=1
These are officially licensed overseas versions, quality stuff, so it's really no different from Japanese versions.
The main page is www.books.com.tw
It's like amazon.com, Taiwan version, they do overseas delivery too.
Currently, they have only a couple of Nao's albums. By the way, I don't think Live tour sets are available in overseas versions. I saved up for those pricey Japanese version too...

Aloha! Yes!!! I did see Kiyoshi's concert at the Sheraton Waikiki. I really enjoyed it! He's awesome!!! I would like to recommend to you one of his concert videos. It's called "Kiyoshi Ko No Yoru -Vol. 2". The concert he did here in Hawaii is nothing compared to the one on the video. His Japan performance is really awesome which is why I want to see one of his concerts in Japan. I heard it's really difficult to get tickets for his concert but I'm definitely going to try.
Speaking of kama'aina...is there any one else here from Hawaii?

Thanks for the video recommendation... I'll check it out! As for any other Hawaii people on Jdorama.com, none that I know of... There must be several others, either registered or as guests. As far as posting goes, I haven't seen any others. The KIKU-TV message board houses a number of Hawaii-based Jdorama fans, but I don't see them here. I've so far traded with six or seven other traders living on Oahu alone, so they're out there, just not on Jdorama.com.
If you haven't beent to the KIKU-TV message board, I'd check it out...

There's some lively discussion on many of their aired shows, including bmwracer's Musashi synopsis, Hotman, Hello Black Jack, and so on.
