Uh... twice a year, Dell releases a bunch of coupons (www.xpbargains.com/dell_coupons, www.slickdeals.net) for 20-35% off LCD's, then they have $XX off $XXX coupons...
(right now there's a @0% off 2001fpw monitor, there should be a 25% off coupon in a few weeks)
Assuming you aren't in a hurry and willing to wait.

basically, i got my 20" for 36% off, then $90 off $750 w/ free shipping... came out to around $350. Mom's KDS was $379 from Fry's, and if you include the $60 rebate that she DIDN'T get, she paid more.
