ok bit of an obscure show to ask about but I was wondering if anyone here has heard of/seen the made for TV film Space Girl Morumo 1/10?
It's based on an equally obscure manga about an alien high school girl who was left on Earth as a baby.... and is about 50ft tall. The manga was quite sweet so I was intrigued when I heard it spawned a movie. There's a few more details about it at http://www.allcinema.net/prog/show_c.php?num_c=86613

The manga wasn't all that obscure. It was written by Aro Hiroshi who has even had a couple of series translated into English. I thought the Moromo manga was pretty fun since it revolved around the day-to-day life of a mad scientist. I'm surprised that it was made into a drama since the manga was only two volumes long (if memory serves).
