Hi cwenting! Welcome! The clicked singles best 13 album is a good one if you are looking for a sample of laruku's songs from over the years. If you are looking to start collecting all of their albums, my favorites were heavenly (although this one doesn't seem to be a favorite with most), TRUE, HEART, ark...heh...I love them all, they are all good

Hi aozora! Anemone angle 2 is also from the Chronicle 2 DVD. It has the same audio as the original PV, but with a totally different video.

That is perfectly on topic! There is no Japanese version of The Cape of Storms. HYDE's vocal version was not on the soundtrack (at least I don't think so), but there were two instrumental versions (piano & guitar). _________________
matsu66- Thanks for the info!! It's a pity that the soundtrack doesn't include the vocal version..Anyway I'm now finding the music sheet for this song~~Does anyone here have it??
Hi cwenting and all newcomers. We always love to welcome new members. Have a good time here in this forum.
If L'arc is ur first experience with J-rock, any album from 1998 onward would be a good start. At least thats what I did when I started to listen to their albums (instead of listening 2 just a couple of songs). Aozora is right, u cant go wrong w/ Best L'Arc-en-Ciel 1998-2000. U'll find the songs relatively easier to listen to. Matsu66's choice Clicked Singles Best 13 Album is excellent since the tracks featured in the album were carefully chosen through fan votes throughout the world. I heard there are 3 different versions of the particular album, each with slight different tracks featured. Smile (2004) is also a good album to begin with. The tracks are not too hectic and I found it to be much milder to new listeners.
U can check out an excellent Laruku discography that contains many facts that has never been featured in other sites:
