Yup, apples, oranges bananas, Tricuit, walnuts, et al.
Eating more fish, too.
If anything, it's helping me lose more weight: down to 170.

you obviously know what to do....i just mentioned apples in particular because i know the pectin in the apple skin effectively binds with cholesterol and prevents it's absorption into the blood stream....in the same fashion that fiber acts as a binding agent. don't know if you like yogurt and dairy products and such...because i've read several clinical studies that calcium does effectively help weight loss due to a fat blocking mechanism as well as through an unknown metabolic mechanism as well....
calcium helps but it's calcium derived from dairy that helps the most...by far.

No problems with dairy... Good to know. Did read that calcium and potassium are supposed to help with high blood pressure by offsetting the sodium levels in the body...

yeah so as long as you can get or aspire to three servings of low-fat dairly calcium i gurantee it will help...it has worked for me in the past....i have a grip of yogurt in the fridge...i'm just waiting to get back to daily physical activity because my mobilty got f*cked and it took me out for a long time.....happy trails
