Hi! I have a little problem and I hope someone could help me with it. I downloaded the clip for Oosama No Buranchi with Jun in it. I also downloaded the subtitle file (.srt or something like that). However, when I play the clip, the subtitle does not show up. This is the first time for me trying to play a file with a soft sub so it is very possible that I may have missed something. Do I have to put it in a folder together to have it play with subtitle? Is there something in the Windows Media Player ( I have 9) that I need to select? If someone would help me, it is appreciated!!!

Hai!^^ Same folder. Same file name. Good luck!^^
So sorry but it did not work. I used changed the name to XXX.avi and XXX.srt and put it in a folder. I then play the avi file with Windows Media Player 9 with the subtitle option as "on if available" but unfortunately no subtitles came on. Any idea where else it might have gone wrong? Thanks for any help you can provide

Did you install any software like Vobsub and K-lite codec pack?
Actually, a software is needed to operate the subtitle function

I noticed in the credits that HG Hardo Gay was in the last episode. I watched it twice and I didnt see him... did anyone catch him. I'm guess he might have been the guy who served tea to Mino Monta.

For me, the drama was much better than the anime. Well, maybe too short... 11 episodes would have been better. But on the other hand, I think 52 episodes were unnecessary (talking about the anime).

Been wanting to see HYD for a long time, i went out today and found out that the DVD boxset thingy were out in AustraliA! So i immediately got it. It had chinese subtitles though and my chinese isn't very strong but i understood most of it!
I love HYD! The ending kinda left me wanting a sequel so maybe, hopefully they might do one!!
The acting was heaps good! Everyone did a good job from beginning to finish.
