the sashimi pizza is surprisingly good.. the contrast between the toro, cheese and the wasabi sauce made it rather yummy... not very filling though, it was only a 4x4 square with 2 very thin "carpacio-esq" slices of toro.

as far as the customer who sent back the sashimi...

F'n MORON. Don't order raw fish if you dont like to eat raw fish. Grumble

i love sashimi, but trust me, you have to try it....

edit: you don't sear the fish in the pan you just heat the oil enough to very lightly warm the fish.....

It's still cooking it, albeit very lightly.

i agree! you have to try it though...eating there is an experience, not a meal....the food there is truly remarkable...hell he has to be the most famous sushi chief in america....the ingredients are remarkably fresh...depending on the fish and the season they overnight some of their fish from tokyo.....one time i had this kanpachi (very young yellowtail) they flew in from tsukiji...it was ridiculously good.

i have this mini whiteboard to write on when important phone calls come in. i write in there and raise it to call attention of nearby people.

when not in use.. said whiteboard markers are good for contact high. you might find me doodling, playing tic tac toe by myself..

hahahahaha.. the joys of working in the corporate..

$4/slice.. but it takes 45 minutes to get it, since it has to cool off... bit long for an appetizer if you ask me. Last time i ordered it, the regular pizza was half gone before it came.

root canals are the devil's tools that gives you a taste of where bad people go to when they die.

Skip the oatmeal... That's just edible concrete mix.

Stick with Jell-O, ice cream, and yogurt... Smile
