I can't remember the last time I went there. Must have been 6 months or more... I'll wait another 6 months before I go there again or just eat a salad with a low calorie dressing. Smile
Too much fat and it wasn't very good anyway. I prefer the salmon I had a few days ago.

Wow. That's great results. Applaud

Yes! If you're motivated enough to go and keep going that's great. Once you're at the gym, it's not that bad and you get out feeling great.

Didn't go the sushi route this time: had teriyaki chicken and sashimi.

And a side order of spicy tuna sushi. Beaten

Their homemade teriyaki sauce is wonderful: sweet and flavorful... Nothing like the salty, overtly soy tasting crap from a bottle.

dude, you'll be in shape in no time...if you are in your 30's like me, no problem yo...
i work out 2 to 3 times a week, and also run in btw that, cause i got the time, but when my schedule changes, i hope to fit it in. I think like anything becomes a habit, a good one, and your body will adapt, and won't be sore after awhile. Bonk

It's like a whopper. I think it's been around for 4 years, more or less.

The bun is bigger than a big mac and the beef patty too. It has a tomato slice, lettuce, Ketchup, mayonnaise and onions. You can have an extra cheese and bacon if you think there's not enough fat in the burger. Mr Green

I ate fish and rice the rest of the weekend to unclog my arteries. Sweat

we used to have a massive Jul 4th party down at Huntington Beach, we'd have 80-100+ peeps, we'd have 2 of those 5-gallon soy sauce containers full of kaibi and that usually wasn't enough. Doh! Mr Green
