obviously kyoko is insanely popular...no denying that..but did she reach the same level of fame as aya ueto so quickly...given ueto's numerous commercial endoresements and viable music and acting careers i think she's reached a larger audience....she's huge.
 |

 yeah Kyoko-chan is quite popular...

 aya-chan seems everywhere in japan....omni-present.....

I've heard that Kyoko was popular in Korea, because she starred in a few dramas over there. I don't know if it's still the case though.

yeah, Kyoko-chan starred in "Friends" in 2002 with Akiko Yada and Won Bin, and Kyoko even spoke a little Korean in that drama.

Those 2 surprised me, but I like the results.

i thought both songs were really good, and personally i really thought 1 litre would win it, but HYD was also good...it was close.

 funny...
i thought this was the JDORAMA AWARDS thread.
how come it has become a bashing-of-SOS thread?

and yeah, you may say you have the right to bash anyone or anything you want coz of freedom of speech. but i don't think everyone agrees with you. so i think using full-of-crap words against another wouldn't help.

or perhaps it's because you just didn't understand the story that's why you reverted to bashing? personally i like the story and guess what, as what gelyn said that's what the role of Tackey there calls for. so bear with it.

nah! it's good you didn't like it anyway. don't want to have the same taste as yours.
 |

don't invite my criticism by trying to make insulting remarks @ me....because if you want to start flaming me personally i'll throw it right back in your face.....i limited my criticism to the show and you would be well advised to limit your discussion in similar fashion.

i've seen numerous dramas, many more than you have....i didn't like this not because i didn't understand it but rather because i did understand it and found it distasteful and unrealistic....if you find implausible storylines about unrequited love for step-siblings and teachers who have sexual relations with students inviting, so be it. the premise and execution was poorly conceived and poorly conveyed. moreover, i found the acting was annoying.

i never said everybody agreed with me in the first place nor do i care....

about the whole SOS thing... everyones entitled to their opinions, right? personally, i really like takki myself, especially after taiyou no kisetsu but again, in my own very subjective view, i really really disliked SOS... love between stepsiblings... eh whatever, i mean i watch weird stuff all the time but i just couldnt deal w/the girl's character, and the voiceovers, and takki's character wasnt one that i liked. i liked uchiyama rina but thats just me...

ok look here i am again, about to start this whole thing up again. what im trying to say is... everyones entitled to their own opinions... and me as a diehard fan would know... that sometimes its best to just let it be... :/ er... ok maybe im not helping here.

You can keep the boys for yourselves, if you want to. I'll have to give the trophies in person and it's all expenses paid, right? |

hey hey but bring me along... i wanna give them their awards... especially jun and yamapi...
... actually why dont we all go? i think it'd be mucho fun... kekekekeke..... _________________
