from what i read (previous pages when this was also discussed), they said almost all people smoke in Japan.
but regarding ARASHI, i've only seen 3 who smoke...
Jun and Sho, they smoked in TOKYO TOWER and PIKANCHI DOUBLE respectively.
(on sho's part, the way he held the cigarette, i think he's a non-smoker in real life. perhaps it's only for his role. and i read somewhere that he dislikes women who smoke so i assume, he himself, does not smoke )
Nino-kun on the other hand, i have seen pic of him smoking ( i think while on a shootoing location)
haven't seen RIDA or AIBA-chan smoke yet. _________________

And yea they said some time ago on this thread that 'almost all people smoke' But really is just 1/3 of the population.
Aparently the cigarettes can be bought for a cheap price at many of Japan's vending machines. Like 620,000 or something.
But even if they are 'easy', I wouldn't buy them. Do they know the risks well in Japan? I'm sure some people would be a little more health-consious if it was written on the packets/advertised.
This will be something I will have to ask Arashi if I meet them!

And good observation on Sho's 'matured self-assured look' =D. And yeah, Sho has awesome shoulders and arms ~_~ ...that's why he looks the best wearing sleeveless tops among all of them =D. (although I prefer Jun's - broader and leaner)

hey guys...i just wanted to ask... what proof does anyone have that Jun smokes...i mean yes he smoked in several of his works but they could have been out of professionalism ... like nino did with his hair...and dont forget a lot of u agree that jun is an excellent actor he could just be acting like a smoker. And his bad skin could be a genetic thing (i should know used to have terrible skin but now its all better) or he could be eating too much chocolate or salty foods. Or it could be from all the stress and laack of sleep he's getting from all his work.. he is a busy little boy after all. im sorry if im overdoing the rambling but i just really wish that he isnt a smoker i mean its bad enough that he is skinny,and overworked but if he turns out to be a smoker youll never know he might just end up like Aiba. Sorry just dont want jun to be smoker he's too good looking for that. ok im done rambling.

well smoking in his dramas/movies/butais doesn't mean he's actually a smoker because they can just use fake cigarettes, the kind they use for movies where it's basically a replica of a cigarette except without the unhealthy chemicals and stuff. _________________

Really? Didn't someone post a few weeks/months ago here that Ohno mentioned he was a smoker on his radio show? Or am I hallucinating again? I think the problem with Jun in Hana Yori Dango was his makeup. but he also says he doesn't like girls who show skin.... and he does o_o (not that I complain, I love showing Sho xD). kinda hipocrit? o_o dunno blee there are guys like that, that don't like their girl to smoke but they do ._.
