I tried to find any info on it on their web site and forum, but didn't find any. I guess you're right, that project looks dead. =T

yeah somebody mentioned it at d-addicts...they also said the first 6 episodes had already been timed so was offering the work to anybody willing to takeover the project.

Nice. Smile

It has mixed reviews, but the cast looks nice. I guess I'll have to wait to find out.

Just finished watching Seija no Koushin. A very dark drama, not good for those with depression. But it's worth watching. You will cry for pity to those abused characters. Unforgettable performance by the cast, especially Ishida Issei Bow .

I think this has already been make clear, but what the heck. I enjoy being annoyingly redundant.

ELton had to close down Studio Oto because he started college and no longer had time to keep up his subbing schedule.

He did, however join the SARs subbing project, so he's still in the game.

As to the stuff he started, but hadn't finished at Studio Oto, he assured everyone that he'll finish those shows off eventually.

To that end, he put out about 6 episodes of various series over the Christmas break.

Oh, and a personal note to any of the Aya fans I may have annoyed.

I wasn't comparing Aya to actresses like Norika Fujiwara or Kyoko Fukada. Attractive ladies with serious acting deficiencies.

Aya showed that she had some talent early on in her career. She just, in my opinion, hasn't done anything worth watching in a very long time.

I suspect it's because she's become so popular. She's having to divide her time between dramas, recording, touring, modeling, doing commercials and whatever else her management team can find for her to do.

Something had to get short shrift, and I guess they decided to let her acting career go on the back burner.

I've been watching Saiyuuki, Fuji's H.R. Pufnstuf version of "Journey To The West", and after 4 episodes... I think I'm done.

I think the actors are doing a pretty good job, and the colors are bright and vivid... all the better to get kids to watch.

But I'm not impressed with the stories, or the lessons they're teaching.

For these stories to have lasted so long, there has to be a better version of them somewhere.

Wedding Planner; Finished 2 episodes. =T

I think I'll alternate with another one. It's not that good and not enough Rina screen time to keep me watching a few episodes in a row. Mr Green

tabana,

I really enjoyed Wedding Planner, but if you're watching it for Rina Uchiyama you really are going to be disappointed. She's only in a couple of episodes and only for a very short time.

Wedding Planner gets better as you go along I thought. There are some kind of surreal aspects to it.

I finished what I have of Ruri No Shima. Sad I have to wait till the end of the school year for them to finish subbing it.

Only have another 20 minutes of Nobuta Wo Produce before I finish. Fell asleep last night and missed the end.

Not sure what to watch next. Maybe Attack #1 or maybe go Tiawanese with The Prince who turned into a frog.

Thanks guys. Glad to know it's a good drama. I'll keep watching it. Big Grin

It's not that I was watching it for Rina, but it was kind of slow at first. Like many shows I've seen, I guess you can't judge the whole series by only 2 episodes. Sweat Abe Hiroshi is in it and I liked every dramas he's in. The ones I remember anyway. Mr Green I'll watch 2 or 3 episodes tonight.
