Has anyone posted the link for the webcam of Tokyo Tower? If not, here it is:

It's controllable as well.

Thanks. Thumbsup

I guess I'll have to wait a few hours. The only thing I'm seeing is red blur with a black background.

well you know how in japan it's customary to clean yourself first using a shower or other fixture and then soak in the bathtub...well the average person there is probably shorter than your average westerner too.

It's one of the thing I was wondering about. Unless I'm mistaken, looks like everybody takes a bath, but with the same water. I was wondering how the hell can they cleaned themselves, if your soaking in 3 other people's filth. bleh So, you clean yourself with the shower, than relax in the bathtub, right? It makes more sense that way. Smile

Their showers don't have doors or enclosures. You wash yourself in the middle of the bathroom?

i don't think it's evident from the picture but that is just the bathing enclosure....the toilet and sink are probably in an adjacent area...but yeah
it's customary to clean yourself outside the bathtub first usually using a low water fixture that calls for you to sit down on a stool or little bench while lathering and rinsing off ...THEN you enter the heated bathtub to soak...it's practically the same everywhere...public bathhouses, onsen, and private homes...

^ That's how it is. All soap must be gone before soaking.

no tabana was just referring to family members using the same bathtub one after another....he was just curious regarding repeated use of the same water...that's how it's done because everybody is scrubbed clean first, outside the tub.
