you guys are lucky, access to Jdorama while not really working...LOL

Got a call from a tier1 rep in India today. Our trouble reports are alpha-numeric 8 characters.
    The tier1 rep gives the letters phonetically and said "J as in George" Shake Head Time to hit the mute button and start laughing rofl

    I answered, "Well, Yoko, ganbatte, we'll do our best."
She replied, "I've been in America too long, I don't want ganbatte, I want it fixed." rofl rofl
