i just watched the first episode and i have to say that i dont really like it all that much no offense sorry but i find it really weird
that one guy, i forgot his name, is really really annoying and he gives off this creepy vibe
i will try to continue watching it and maybe my opinion will change...

well, when i first watched it (the 1st ep) i find it quite weird too, even shuji's character when he had to touch the tree to have the 'strength to live through the day' or sth like that. and i really thought nobuta was the Yanagi spirit and the disgusting guy drinking the honey thingy and of course, Akira's craziness which actually i find really really cute!!! but yeah, the beginning is 'weird' and then the weirdness start to dissolve naturally and you find yourself even attracted to all the weirdness.

A Yamapi lookalike ??? you know what you should do..............
but im not into Akira just because of Yamapi... i mean, i dont think i like Yamapi's character in real, but I really love Akira's character. he sees beyond what's on the outside, and is honest with himself and i think its cool when someone is comfortable being in their own skin and not like Shuji who tries to pretend to be someone else just to maintain his popularity. i also like it when someone appears to be quirky and easy to be targeted/bullied but yet in actual he can fight real good (like Akira!) plus.... Akira's mad adorable, loyal, values friendship, and is just..... too cute for words!!!!!!! @.@

yeah, the first one was a bit weird. plus i really didn't like yamapi then, so i was like, wth is he high on?! he annoyed me. and then, i watched the next, and then the next, and then the next, until i couldn't stop. i loved the complexities of the characters, esp shuji. i like analyzing why a character acts the way he does, so i found the characters here very interesting. they all grew on me. yamapi was at his best here. now, i think i will forever be in an "akira fangirling" mode. hehe. *but i still llove you most, kame-kun* _________________

ROFL I almost burst out laughing in the middle of the night reading this. Shuji was funny on the first ep hahaha i like the part where he talked to the fish as well i love Yamapi ^_^
