Lest I incur 'Puffs ire..

Q.. are you serious? 3.5 is my power walk speed..

i run faster than you then?

cause I can close my mile in 10mins.. but then again.. that's all I can do.

there must be something wrong in our computations

I think you do run faster than me....I am not a very fast runner, averaging 5.5 sometimes less on the treadmill, BUT, i do it for atleast a 5k(3.1 miles), about close to 40 min. Ideally, nowadays, i target a 4 mile or so run, to me that is a good run. I am more into distance than overall speed, i know that in time, my speed will improve.

yeah but that kid is running 4-6 miles a session...if you run a 10 minute mile pace you're gonna burn out too quick if you wanna go the distance....it's always better to run slower and longer instead of quicker and shorter

true that...true that..... Yes! i did a 10min/mile pace on a good day for 30min, and the rest of the 15 min, i did 11 min/mile pace, that was a tough run that day.

running is my natural high, my avg is 3.5 to 4.5 miles, and longest was 6.5 mile run, 1hr 15 min., my goal is to break that in the coming months.

Shisengumi, Daikokuya, in my opinion, the best of OC/LA, unless there are others i have not yet discovered in SoCal.

the thought remotely crossed my mind, but i would probably need a stretcher if i attempted the one coming up...LOL Drooling hehe

seriously, i thought of doing a few more 10K races, then attempting maybe....a HALF-marathon, but i have no desire to do a full one, atleast not now...

i know my limits, and it is about the 10k, mark, give or take 6 or 7 mile mark. Thumbsup
