hmmm... marriage... i probably won't get married. i plan to work and play until i die. i figured, i'd be dead by 65, and 40 years isn't enough to go around the world and work for play money at the same time.
this guy i used to date 9 years ago popped into my life again but he's working in korea right now. he asked if he's good enough for me. i told him i don't wanna get married. he said somebody has to wipe my ass when i'm old (meaning him). that's like the sweetest at the same time nastiest thing i've heard (considering i was eating then).
it's also some shiet they talked about in the movie The Princess Bride.
I love that movie.
I just remember that one part in the movie when they were swashbuckling, that one dude kept saying..."My name is Montago, ........." i forgot the rest, but he kept saying that over and over and it was so funny.

He's the romantic type, eh?
you thinks so?
i still have to get to know him again. 9 years is a long time. plus i was 17 years old then and he was 20. people usually change for the better but who knows. i don't know if i will get married though. i'm a nomad and i'd rather go everywhere and waste my money than stay in one place and have all my money there with me. pretty hard decision.

LOL, I remember that part very clearly. Ahem, here goes.
"My name is Inigo Montoya, you killed my father. Prepare to die."
I was very young when I watched that one and swooned at Cary Elwes

People change and especially at that age. I know I'm glad I'm not dating the girlfriend I had when I was 17. Even though I loved her at that time, I changed (I think) and changed town 3 times since then. I even lost contact with a lot of good friends since high school. Some are just too far away, for others, we are just too different now, I guess.
Besides, my life might have been miserable, if we were still together. She prefered to stay close to her parents and didn't like to travel. I don't know what she's doing for a living, but I think she might be a military drill instructor. _________________

yeah, we look back in retrospect at our past relationships, and think...thank goodness we didn't stay with them or else...
marriage is a BIG step, and our society pressures us to take the plunge, if it were only that easy...

Time change, people change (some don't but mostly do). Though sometimes I do think what would happen if I'm still with my high school bf. The "what if" question Millitary drill sergeant huh? very apt emoticon you used there

that's the only bad thing about moving far from friends. you only get to keep a handful. and you're right, when you go back home, everyone has changed or you have changed. i feel the same way.
but my parents really hate the idea of me being too far away. they worry so much they're about to get a heart attack. whenever i call and i mention one lil problem that doesn't even make an impact in my life, they tell me to go home. i'm freaking 25 for crying out loud! lol
damn. your old lover is a military drill instructor. if you're still together, we'll know who wears the pants and who cries in the dramas j/k
plus, marriage is a sacred thing. something i don't want to tarnish.

Nah. I think she studied in some kind of social science. I don't remember which one. She did act like a military drill instructor, when we were together. So yeah, if she has a boyfriend, she's wearing the pants and he's the one crying. _________________
