He looks so innocent in this one, lol. Though I would rather have Eguchi/Youjiro so I could leave all the cooking to him and make him feed me all my life

I'm sure you are right, but I'm also sure Natsumi has put her ex behind her. When she left her home town after the incident 5-years ago she was running away, hurt by the betrayal. She picked herself up from a life of decadence (working as a club hostess) to start again, finding the rather unusual habit of scouting out lunch locations in the mean time. When she met her ex again and ran off with him, it wasn't really "with him" - more like trying to keep him away from the Kitchen Macaroni.
The romance situation is a bit more complex. The family is likely to fall apart whichever one she chooses. I think she considered marrying Yujiro because he was the more sensitive one - tough on the outside but fragile inside, and that he lost his love (Hidemi). However I think in the last episode when they went on the trip to Hakedote and Yujiro asked her to pick a boarding pass, she picked Junzaburo's. Nothing seemed to have happened after that because, I think, she wants to give more time to Yujiro to fix himself up mentally/emotionally. Eventually she would have married Junzaburo.
But then again this is pure speculation, more like wishful thinking, on my part. Yes, I do want Natsumi and Junzaburo to end up together. After all he was the one looking out for her right from the beginning.

Been watching Yuki's dramas after seeing her act in Pride.
She is so cute looking and fair-skinned.

I like this drama a lot too. I love the casts, the food and the music. I agree with most of you in regards to the ending of the drama. I like the way the drama cleverly ends with Natsumi not choosing anyone.

this was my first Jdorama
and this was the drama that made me hooked into Jdorama..
i really like the story
and the food is so yummy..
Now im a huge fans of Yamapi ..
but when i was watching this, i didnt pay attention to him..
he was so kinny there..
Satoshi caught my attention..
he is so cute n chanrming...
this is a drama which had few big actors/actresses nowadays..such as
Yamapi, Yamada Takayuki and Misaki Itoh
When i explore more about Yamapi, i found that he quite often played in a drama with Yamada and Satoshi _________________ |
