aire wowww thanks for uploading!!! i was looking all over for wss last summer and fall but couldnt find it at all so i gave up... ahh!! will hafta try and download it later when im back in my room...
minna-san, about the pics, if you havent already contacted me via PM and you're only interested in the Arashi pics, i dont have any left... unfortunately, they've all been put on reserve. HOWEVER, if you're a big JUN fan and you'd like to take advantage of the $5/30 pics and low shipping costs (if you're outside of US it'll be more expensive), then please PM me because i have like 3-4 more batches of those pics left in addition to my own personal copies...(and a few few arashi pics to go w/the jun ones... but only very few, so they can only be added on to the jun batches ><) THANKS!! _________________

i actually saw Hana Yori Dango's DVD out in stores today
To be exact.. e DVD box is in blue. 3 DVDs selling @ SGD29.90 (if i rem correctly)
To be more exact.. it's in Singapore @ Tampines - Century Square Shopping Center Level 3's Poh Kim
What makes me so is that.. e huge blue-ish white title on e front covers says "Liu Xing Hua Yuan" (which means Hana Yori Dango in chinese = The taiwan version's title)
ArgHz !! The direct translation of HYD should be "Hua Yang Nan Zi" (or smth like that)

your post reminds me abt the weirdness of subbed jdorama boxes sold at our respective countries.
The last time I went to Kotaraya(jdorama haven) when dunadan was down here in Malaysia. There I found a few diff versions of VCD boxes(around 4 or 5) and maybe one or two DVD boxes for Hana Yori Dango. These diff versions' prices vary from somewhere around RM12 to RM25(the VCDs). The prices aren't the only thing that boggled my mind~ it was the titles. I discovered so many different ways they try to translate the titles. One or two of the versions used "Hana Yori Dango", and then there's also one with "Meteor Garden". And get this~ there's also one version with the title "Lake Over Misty Water" or something. The funniest thing was that the kanji that was accompanying the translated title is still the original one.The Japanese kanji and Chinese character can't be that different, can they? Or they just thought it's interesting to completely change the title? Dun-chan bought one of the VCD box, but I think she got the one titled "Hana Yori Dango", and good thing she baited her relatives with it.
Out of Topic~ "Nobuta wo Produce" was found translated as "The Ambulance" in one of the VCD version. Who would have thought jdorama stores can be some sort of comic relief? I had a fine time laughing in the shops.

They were playing a memory game but the twist is that one drawing is done by Sami, the other by Sho and Sho's sucks and the rest kept asking "Nani kore?" of course there were unseen footage of AnoA and Air Guitar but just seeing them play for food and making fun of Sho's drawings are funny. I bought the one with the Meteor Garden at the cover - since that's the only one that they have in Harris. I was so peeved but bought it anyway that I made my own cover I sure miss Kotaraya. Though anyway I would be heading there in 2 weeks time and spend my paycheck

yeah.. there's always pricing difference. haiz. so far, i've only seen e DVD HYD. Maybe my eyes were filled w fire so i didnt watch out for any VCD.

Recently, i've been getting some pms and emails from friends here in jdorama... regarding the downloads thread in my forum. So i'll ans it here ne? Gomen for going so off-topic
Basically, i've got 3 downloads thread in the forum.
The first is open to guests and all members. All members are allowed to make requests here..
The second is open to all members who meet min. requirement of 10 posts. Members can choose to make requests here too. Files uploaded here (other than answering requests) are those which r uploaded volunteerily by members who only wishes to share w members who meet the min. requirement. So far, this dl thread is slightly more active than the general dls thread.
The last one is called exclusive downloads board. It is different because the only requirement is to be a member and asking for access. Usually e files uploaded will be a complete series in a shot etc. This is a new board with our current project DNA which we're completing the series soon.
Other benefits by being member with participation is that e arashian, other than gaining access to restricted dls thread, will also gain access to other goodies such as pic/wallpapers/mag scans and translations.

matsukira welcome to the club. I've been trying like millions of times and all I get was that - over and over again. Guess there are loads of megaupload users over here

It's in front of Puduraya Bus Station and Impiana Hotel, near to Petaling Street. You won't miss it as it's always filled with people and imho the busiest part in KL. The section where they sell loads of Japanese stuff is actually named S&M Or maybe you should try to go to the recently opened Harris at Tebrau City. It's in JB along the way to Kota Tinggi and its nearer to Sg. The lowdown of it is that some of the vcd/dvd are actually raw version without subtitles

do u have places around KL/JB that can be a source for Johnny goodies? (or Arashi goodies, to be more specific!) hehe i normally by pass Puduraya to grab a coach/cab to nana's place.. don't recall seeing japanese stuff there.. hehe

There's this J-ent store in City Square Johore Baharu. I forgot the real address~ but the shop is in the same level as the POPULAR book store. You can try your luck there, since it would only focus on J-ent(no Korean stuff here). I've bought nearly all of my Arashi 'original' merchandise there(since I don't have any credit card to use for online shopping, or any money for that matter ). They would also order the stuff for u if u want, with deposit.
Amazing, I lived in KL most of my life, but I couldn't really find any 'Arashi haven' there, except from scattered place. Kotaraya is not in Puduraya, but situated near there~ in another building actually. but u could only find real happiness in Kotaraya if u're an avid jdorama fan. The only Arashi stuff I saw in Kotaraya besides their dorama and movie boxes are Jun's pix(it was reprinted, and u know it's kinda fake-looking), Pikanchi Double single CDs and Arashi in New York VCD(for RM3, if I'm not mistaken). Who knows there might be more... In Kotaraya... there's a whole level full with shops selling Jdorama and Kdorama... and everything in between...
