no no....unrelated to that....
i was playing basketball with my little nephew and landed on his foot jumping for a rebound...ouch..

i am getting better, but i couldn't walk much for most of last week, but now i can walk again, and will be running in probably another week.
and eventually back up to those long runs again. Yes!

thanks for asking...much better, the swelling has gone down mostly, and the strength is nearing a 100%. I should be running again hopefully within the next few weeks. Thumbsup

just took this death survey....like how will you die. Looked on this one girl's Myspace, since i got email saying she wants to be added as a friend or something like that. I got a 60% chance of dying from natural causes like old age Just how i want it. The next 2 on the list.....poison and bomb kinda scary now i think about it. chances of these two was 47% i believe. Thats just way to close to 50% Then again, this is just a survey _________________
