It looks good, eh? I don't know what the rest is though. It could be Lemon Chicken and General Tao's chicken. Head Scratch

I ate a lot of chicken balls (sweat and sour chicken balls that is, not a chicken's balls Wink )It's nice, but like you said, it has a lot of fat.

Not much happenin. Just taking my spring break one day at a time and trying to enjoy it.

but i had the chance to eat at one...in Tokyo....and it was quite good. Thumbsup hehe 400 yen for a chicken bowl.

you can try it here in l.a. there are two restaurants that serve that i know of

tombo on artesia blvd. in torrance...and gaja in carson

BTW, In my dictionary okonomi means choice. I don't have yaki, but the kanji alone means bake or buring and yaku means to grill. So, I guess okonomiyaki makes sense. Sweat

thats like getting the WORST of both world. you eat prepared fish for a reason, and you eat sushi to get the essence of the naked fish without too much seasoning/condiment/"aji".half-cooked sushi sounds about half-baked. (sorry for the bad pun...)
