That's why I'm concentrating on vocabulary. |
maybe if let the Nelson's Kanji dictionary hit me the head a few kanji might fall into my dome and i'll remember a few of 'em

I don't know if memory trees, like in dragon zakura, would be helpful to learn kanji / Japanese. |
i think trees with rat skins hanging from them might be more effective.

the simplest, most common way is "Anata ga suki desu" = I like/love you (depending on the situation or context)
or "Anata ga aishitemasu" more formal way of saying I LOVE YOU

Dramas and anime aren't good either. I'd probably end up calling my boss omae or teme. |
and using ore to refer to yourself, no less?
you gotta watch Ikekebukoro West Gate Park....they use those pronouns a lot!

aishiteru is the infinitive form of the verb (to love someone)
ashitemasu is the conjugated form of aishiteru
a lot of times in doramas you here ppl simply using the infinitive form for whatever reason
like this:
do you have bread?
"hai, aru yo"
instead of saying
"hai, arimasu yo"
aru is the infinitive form of the verb and arimasu is the conjugated verb
hope that makes sense.
