Yeah... and seeing that even native Japanese are sometimes confused on how to say a specific kanji (like Nakama Yukie in Trick), I don't have any chances. Pout

That's why I'm concentrating on vocabulary. Mr Green

I don't know if memory trees, like in dragon zakura, would be helpful to learn kanji / Japanese. Head Scratch

She'd dump me for sure after hearing me. Sweat As long as I don't end up talking "woman" Japanese. It seems a big problem with female teachers...

Dramas and anime aren't good either. I'd probably end up calling my boss omae or teme. hehe

the simplest, most common way is "Anata ga suki desu" = I like/love you (depending on the situation or context)

or "Anata ga aishitemasu" more formal way of saying I LOVE YOU

aishiteru is the infinitive form of the verb (to love someone)

ashitemasu is the conjugated form of aishiteru

a lot of times in doramas you here ppl simply using the infinitive form for whatever reason

like this:

do you have bread?

"hai, aru yo"

instead of saying

"hai, arimasu yo"

aru is the infinitive form of the verb and arimasu is the conjugated verb

hope that makes sense.
