They do have Kobe beef burgers at this Fuddruckers in Emeryville. I was $9 for the burger. After eating it, I have to say, I liked it, but grinding the meat affects it.

Nope, the Union City one doesn't have the Kobe beef burger, only Emeryville (near the Bay Bridge). I don't know if there's one in Vallejo.

There must be a few Japanese sushi chefs going nuts over this. They don't even allow women to be chef, something about heat... Head Scratch I don't think they'd like bacon. Sweat

I'll try to come out with my own western style sushi. Rice with chocolate and nuts and another one with, rice, french fries, cheese and gravy. Beaten Bonk

btw, this ramen shop, with locations in Costa Mesa and Torrance, is actually a chain of famous ramen shops with locations throughout Japan, originating from Hokkaido....the land of legendary ramen.

it really was...i was impressed. i've never had shio ramen before...i've had shoyu ramen and tonkotsu ramen but it was a bit different...a little lighter in terms of the broth but just as fulfilling. the char siu pork inside bamboo sprouts, etc were good too!
