you need to change the settings in WinMX, because it doesn't run off a central server ystem anymore (got sued, iirc) there's a patch you need to run.

You have to search for the right gibberish phrase unless you're running a Japanese OS.

Namida o Fuite = �܂��ӂ��

(If you see kanji characters, change your browser's character encoding from Shift-JIS to ISO-8859-1)
