And I changed my email on my Sailor Wicca account to an old email address so I can use my current email with my new account, and it said it was supposed to send a reactivation to the changed email address on my Sailor Wicca account, but it didn't. So now I can't log into either account.

There seems to be a problem with that.
The problem is I can't reach Genma and I don't think mods can do anything. I don't know why you can't logon to your old account though. Does it require reactivation, because you changed your email address? _________________

Yeah. That's what it told me. But it never sent my reactivation email to the address I changed it to, and it never sent me the activation email for my new account. x_x

That sucks. I PM Genma on the 14th and the message is still in my Outbox. I think he's busy and he was preparing for a trip 2 weeks ago. This might take a while... _________________
Gah. Oh well. I am moving next weekend anyway, so it's not like I don't have things to do. It just sucks because it seems I can't post outside of this forum, because when I try, it asks me for a username and password. >_< At least I can still view the other forums though. ^^0
Hi everyone, sorry for the long absence.. (I left on the 14th, so anything from that date wouldn't have been looked at)
The email should be working. Did you check if your mail host has a spam filter? Check if it had landed in your spam folders. It works for most people, your mail server must've rejected the mail somehow... hmmm... could you list your email address or domain here? Lets see if there's anything in common for the problem emails.
tabana, could I have more info if you received double emails or things of that sort? Thanks.
Lastly, web3 @ jdorama.com is not working at the moment. Please post updates to your problems here. _________________

Thanks Genma for your response. I changed my e-mail address in my profile and reactivated my account, then sent myself a 'test' PM and I was notified of the PM at my new e-mail address. It works!!!

hi.. i'm helping to post in behalf of 2-3 of my friends.
everytime they try to access the jdorma webpage. an error message will pops up(cap below). it happen ever since the first day jdorma moved the page. they totally cant enter Jdorama.
here is the cap that my friend pass to me.. do advice me/her on what to do... thanks..
If the 1st server is your ISP, but the jdorama's IP address is wrong, the problem may be your ISP. It means your ISP namespace server, the one that convert DNS (jdorama.com) to an IP address (72.20.18.85) as not been updated yet. Usually it takes up to 72 hours, but it's almost done between 24 to 48 hours. By editing the host file, it skips the lookup on the ISP namespace server and go straigh to the specifed IP. It's like dialing a phone number directly instead of looking in the phone book. In their case, it's like they still have the old phone number. Since it's been a while there must be another problem.
Still in the command line, you can flush your DNS cache with this line:

Same here, I hve not been able to access this site since day 1 of the migration, tried calling my isp, tried dnsflushing, ping the site, the ipaddress for jdorama is correct, check the host file, everything is ok there, nothing works i've given up ~
I am not sure if ur frens hve the same problem as me, if they do, maybe they can try changing htm extension in the web address to php in the meantime to access this site eg the web address for this site will be jdorama.com/index.php,
to view the forums, try this http://jdorama.com/viewforum.php?f=4 instead of http://jdorama.com/viewforum.4.htm, i still cant figure out how to access the database coz i dun know wats the php equivalent of the respective webpages, wonder if anyone can help?

I tried "Stop watching this topic" and I received them the second I posted another message. My double notifications are apart by an hour or so. I know there was a problem with the clock on the new server. (The daytime saving actually). I'm back to GMT -5 and the time is ok, I don't know if it's the same for you in GMT -8. _________________
