yeah..that's true..gokusen will be aired here in Manila, not only in Manila but in the Philippines so excited about it...!! i wanna see Nakama Yukie now...!! Coz i'm a big fan of hers..hehehe..!!!

We love Yukie, too. But it seems she's more at home in a comedic role than a serious drama. Maybe I've not seen enough of her stuff, but I'm thinking about comedies like Trick and Gokusen, where she's fantastic...and then "dramas" like Tokyo Wankei and Shinobi. Not that she's bad in those, but to me seems like she just really shines more in comedies. IMHO. _________________

I agree with you she is great in comedy. She says feel comfortable in comedy dramas.
However she also says she gonna take more serious ones in future. Currently she is
in classical type of Samurai's wife drama Komyou ga Tsuji, and she really like that
roll because she feel sympathy with.
I suppose not many actress can play good in comedy in Japan,
so she is taking advantage on it.
