About Uchi, well, yeah, I think his suspension is quite taking time nee.. 9 months? Compared to Goro's suspension which only last for 3 months.. I'm also wondering about the future of News, will they still be exist? I hope they can survive from all of the obstacles, I believe it can make them stronger, just what like happened to SMAP...
The thing is, Uchi can't be compared with Goro-chan. A different in status, perhaps? After all, the other SMAP boys went out literally to get him back to them, constantly mentioning Goro in their TV programs. Johnny & Associates were surely forced by the pressure the fans and SMAP members themselves to 'release' Goro from suspension. _________________

100% agree ^__^ SMAP is SURELY the biggest money maker for Johnny's, and ofcourse it speaks a lot in goro's condition. Not to mention how big they are in j-ent world.
I'm SOOOOO ureshii hearing about the single AND the DVD concert. After watching spirits again and again, I feel an urgency to watch more of their concert. Ayya, I really can't wait...
Btw minna, does somebody has the translation of Osaka Romanesqu? Or perhaps someone already posted it in this thread? And one more, I'm in lonve with Mermaid, does anybody has it's full version mp3?

I was just skipping through my winamp when suddenly Mermaid came up - I didn't even know I had an mp3 of that song!

Aah, I also want the limited edition. It seems that I have to save from today. It will be relased on June right? So perhaps in the end of May we can pre-order it on HMV or CDJapan? Hmm...I can't wait for F.T.O.N concert tour.
Just a thought, one thing that I love about Kanjani is how they struggle to be "big" from below. I mean, with those "almost no promotion" debut, single, PV, they show us that they're famous because of their capability.

While watching some Urajani's last night, I was laughing my ass off with some of them. Do you guys have the episode from 20050308? *laughs* It's the one where they start with Ohkura, Hina and Uchi trying to raise their IQs. (I couldn't believe the results of their first test!)
Uchi gets the luxury way, once again (remember the diet/anti-diet episodes?), Hina gets to practice his brain by training it alongside 6-year old schoolkids, and Ohkura gets the alternative methods - like acupuncture. XD
I'm positive that if Yoko had participated in this part, he'd have gotten Ohkura's way. What episode is complete without some good old Yoko-torture, after all?
The second part of the episode has Uchi, Yoko and Yassu while they're trying to do different sports... with a pan(!) - or perhaps a wok, I'm not entirely sure. At first they have to go snowboarding with the thing, and when it's Yassu's turn Yoko says that "Yassu's really good at sports"... At which point Yassu demonstrates his sportmanship. Or, uh, not. *giggles*
Yamatsumi, this is my way to keep things organized:
I have folders for each band I have files of, and if I have a big collection of files for that band, I have folders for the different things in there as well (like TV shows, CMs, Concerts, etc.)
For example, my K8 television shows:
folder: Kanjani8
* folder: TV
** [showname]date-number-title ([honjani]20060328-151-Tennis (B).avi)
For the rest, I use [CM], [PV], [Concertname], or the date and show for performances.
Kanjani8 - [PV]01 - Naniwa Iroha Bushi.mpg <- I number the PVs as well, to keep them in order.
And, because I have a huge collection, I've created a database where all the files that I've burned to cd/DVD are registered. The idea is to have my entire collection in there, but since I have around 300gigs still on my computer it's a daunting task. For now I just make sure all burned files are in there, and the rest'll come later on. _________________

as for the uchi-goro topic, I agree, the pressure from teh fans was too big and smap CALLED for goro's return everywhere they could, although they were not allowed to mention him directly! Johnny was also afraid that Smap might go (as in leave j-ent), cuz he has maltreated them a lot in teh last few years and rumor has it that they are ready to leave any day. well anyways, that was now major off topic XD
I always wanted to know: is kanjani parted in raburabu pairs? Cuz I see a lot of yassuXsubaru rabu on stage and in teh honjanis, can someone please tell me the pairings *have to focus on them more~* ^^

I don't really think there are any 'raburabu pairings' in K8, though Ryo and Uchi are mostly linked together... but I think that's mostly in NewS, not when they're with the K8 guys.
If there's anything I noticed while watching my stash of K8 files, it's that all of them are very physical with one another - it's very common to see them hang all over each other.
Lately I've noticed Subaru is getting more touchy-feely, at first with Maru and now with Yassu. But all of them are close. Look at the EXCITE concert, for example... five minutes in you have Yassu and Ohkura all over each other, and Uchi and Hina are Very Close Indeed when they start with the Christmas song. (I can't remember the name right now. ^^; )
Yoko has his arm around Yassu's neck in the Naniwa PV, while he seems ready to take a bite out of Uchi's neck in... I believe that was the EXCITE con as well.
I only have the diet episode in my clubbox, it's dated 20050125. You can also see the things Maru and Yoko have to do to lose weight:
Uchi had the Luxury way, Maru had the Man's Way, and Yoko got Yoko-Torture. Uhm, I mean the alternative way. XD;
