I'm Hungarian, and my name is Nikoletta, but in english just Nicol, i know these means:
Nicoletta (greek): Victorious people
Nicole: Victory of the People

Can anyone help me, how can i write my name in kanji,(and hiragana too) and what means those kanji?

your name would be written in katakana...
Nicoletta = �j�R�[���^ ( Niko-reta )
Nicole = �j�R�[�� ( Niko-ru )

What would my name be in Japanese? my name is Matthieu, it corresponds to Matthew in english, but we pronounce it differently: "ma" is pronounced in the same way but then thi is pronounced like the word "tea" and eu like the the letter "a" in "a chair".

So it makes MA-TEA-A (like a chair)

I would translate it as "Black Well", written as such '�K��'.

It's 'well' as in hole in the ground from which you draw water.
