not true, not true at all..
reasons for my saying this..??
1. at their last concert, they promised their fans that they'd be back. and I believe in this promise, as they're not the sort to go back on a promise and hurt their fans. especially seeing the emotion and devotion they put into the concerts
2. each time a new group debuts, attention will inevitably fall to them. if a senior group calls it quits each time a new group debuts, just because of this, then there would be no senior Johnny groups, now, would there? its a ridiculous reason for a quit rumour
3. as much as I hate to admit it, the only ones who could survive at the moment without NEWS are Yamapi, Ryo and Uchi. no words are needed to explain why Yamapi would be fine, and Ryo and Uchi have Kanjani8 to fall back on.. but the others.. their fanbase is not as wide as Yamapi's. (though true NEWS fans would still continue to support them, regardless) but what I'm saying is, quitting would only jeopardise their career. they've gained a lot from being a group, why should they quit?
4. refer to number 1. no, seriously.. thats the strongest reason I have
and thus, are my reasons so far. feel free to add, anyone!!! haha

NEWS are only currently in what has been termed a 'reflection period'. they're still carrying on with their solo projects and are still appearing together on Ya-Ya-yah's show, but they're just not identified as NEWS anymore (although, if anyone noticed, the news clip abt Tegoshi's new drama with Koki and Nagase mentioned 'Tegoshi of NEWS'.. hmm) they'll be back in 2007, stronger than ever haha _________________

he was TOTALLY cute in news wo abake!! the fact that the mic made his voice squeaky just added to the cuteness factor, especially when he was whining about wanting to speak more.. haha. but each time I watch it, I always cant help feeling disappointed that Kame didnt pick Tegoshi to speak when he asked who had the best voice. I mean, even Koyama was indicating Tegoshi so cute with the 'Tegoshi desu' action

May 2006: NEWS is suspended for the rest of the year due to temporary suspension of 2 members (Uchi Hiroki in July 2005 & Kusano Hironori in January 2006). Members that are not related to the scandals will be allowed to carry on with their solo activities, but no group activities will be carried on during this period until further notice.

unfortunately, it is true. and the period has already begun. it started on 1st May, although in magazines, they already began having individual pages earlier...

I'm sure Ryotan loves everybody in NewS, although sometimes he doesn't show it openly to some of the members but in the case of Teshi, he is always protecting him, acting very big brother-like towards him, so I guess in a way Teshi is special Everyone in NewS has gotten a taste of Ryotan's "harsh words" except for Teshi and Pi. He actually said that there nothing wrong with Pi, "He's perfect" (He probably sending hearts to Pi too lol) But I think I actaully read somewhere that he called Teshi a little brat or something, I think that was in the beginning when NewS first began, I'm sure he's regrets it now XD

and last time when Uchi was in hospital ..
Massu went all the way to Osaka from Tokyo (that was Massu's first time to Osaka)

I think Ryo does know what it means. He's probably just fooling around as he always does with K8. and he's not really mean.. he just says whats on his mind.. heheh
Ryo and Yamapi are really good friends cause they were close during their chibi days, before Ryo was called back to Osaka. there are quite a lot of chibi photos of them together. when he was small, Ryo even said he'd give clothes that were too big for him to Yamapi. Its kinda funny how Ryo being the younger one is smaller... heheh.. WAYYY smaller..
Ryo did once say that Tegoshi was a spoiled brat, but those were when the group has just formed and everyone must've been shocked at that time to suddenly have been thrown in together, and whats more, Tegoshi had only been a junior for 8 months. but, who could resist loving Tegoshi..?? haha.
I love how Ryo's protective over Tegoshi especially when he was worried about not being there together with the others during the Summary with KT. I think I've said that before sometime ago I tend to repeat myself ;P
Massu would probably have great comebacks to Ryo's remarks . Remember when Ryo said to Massu, who was eating "dont eat your relatives" and Massu coolly replied "they're only distant relatives" ? I would have probably just said something lame like "shut up" or "they're not my relatives".. haha
dymmamie, I know which skit you're talking about!! it was absolutely hilarious. Koyama's acting and the boy's acting were both great. and the ringtone was funny.. lol. _________________
