The storyline of X3 was pretty whack, but it's kind of understandable because when Bryan Singer (the director of 1 and 2) wanted to do Superman Returns, Fox producers didn't want him to do both and there was some kind of dispute. Singer left and I guess some of the actors and actresses walked out with him.

A third movie had to be made, but it would be kind of hard without those key characters in the movie so they added those lame plot devices, thus making the story suck.

My gripes with the movie are:

I'm complaining a lot about this movie, but actually I didn't hate it. It was an alright movie, but it could've been a lot better.

Yup. X3 was directed by Brett Ratner, who directed the Rush Hour movies.

somewhat....
In a sense, the action scene themselves can be rather disappointing too.
If you do go watch it, go in not knowing what to expect and watch it just for entertainment.

well....some of the action from X2 was good, but i was disappointed with X2...and X1, i thought was ok...so overall, i don't have much expectations...Mi3 would be better in my opinion to watch.

You'd be correct. X3's action and fight scenes could've been waaaaay better...

that one came out back in '94, when N. Portman was very young...

I watched X3. I enjoyed it. It was mindless fun. If you go to see this movie, be sure to stay around until the credits are done.
