well you pretty much said it..no plot equals wack ratings...

nah 24 percent is waaaay high....all the wack shows have ratings that are "akira down"

Even the Taigas (which traditionally have higher ratings) have a difficult time reaching 24.

I haven't watched Iryu, but am watching Top Caster.

I think its pretty good, but I'm more into Attention Please then Top Caster.

I think Top Caster got high ratings do to the actors and actresses in it. Just my take on it.
