Why do you need help in such a hurry? Could you provide a little context for your request? (Is this for some real contest or something?)

Oki, a few questions since I want to attend Musashi-Urawa (language institute) October 2007. I'm asking it here since I have bad experiences with 'harassing' () people by email that work at such institutes. Now, I need a lot of forms which can be all found on the site they have. But most of the forms should be acquired otherwise then just printing them out. Like for example the 'Permanent Resident Registry' form. Now it's like this, I don't now how to aqcuire this. I do have a feeling where (I think the commune over here). But since I don't know that for sure, I thought I could better ask for it. Also, there are a lot of forms that don't have anything to do with me (like the 'Certificate of Japanese courses taken' form, because I never had any official lessons what so ever). What should I do with that? Well, maybe someone knows about this and can give me a brief explanation of where to acquire them. You can find these at http://www.musashi-nihongo.jp/e/form.html and then scroll to the bottom where it say's 'Click here for a checklist of required documents' Well, hopefully someone can give me some info or can try to help me out. What I want to do is the course which takes a year and a half (yes, I'm a total noob, don't wanna miss any crucial things). Thank you _________________

It looks like they have an email address "info@..." that would be appropriate for such questions. I don't understand how asking these things from them could be considered harassment?

I know, but somehow they never seem to answer one of them (and I've sended a lot, and to different organisations/institutes). I've been never able to succesfully contact an institute what so ever. You shouldn't have taken it too serious because of the quotes I thought I would be better of asking it here then write another email that will not be answered anyway. _________________

But have you tried [email protected] yet? Or are you just assuming they'd be like the others you've tried?
Personally, I would be suspicious of any program that does not properly and promptly answer serious questions about their application process ... I might even suspect they are a scam designed to bilk applicants out of the application fees.

I have tried the address twice before. Just a few hours ago I sended them another one. But I don't think they're scammers. I tried a lot of organisations and school (incl. some universities and also JASSO). I don't get it, what's the problem to reply an email. :S

I could do that I suppose. But I still wonder if they would take time for it. Btw, I can alway's fax them if they can check they're email (or could just fax my questions ). _________________

I've always found snail-mail to be more reliable for getting responses ... but it does seem strange for a place like that not to respond to email by the next business day. Slackers.

Oke, thanks for the help. Btw, how should I write the address down? In Japanese or just roman characters? That would be my last question then.
Btw, the address has a really weird format I'm not familliar with, so it would be oke to wright it down as it's stated here?

Looks ok to me, but I'm not an expert. I do believe that Japanese mail should be able to handle romaji, no problem, and when writing the address in romaji, the postal code comes last, like you have written. see also.

if worse comes to worst, why don't you call them up? i mean if they're not answering e-mails that's suspect...but they must have english speakers on their staff...if not...i would question the efficacy of their program.

Good point.
Also, your emails might've been put in the junk mail. Just make sure you have something else in the subject besides "information" or something like that. _________________
