There is one sad drama which i don't know the name of the actors or actresses but i really like this drama very much.

it is about a girl working in a hair saloon which fall in love with a photographer. one day she get into the man's work room and suddenly spilt some chemical water on her face and into her eyes. she got blinded and one day the man give his eyes to this woman without her knowlegde. from then, she become happier again but sad since she don't see him anymore. until one day, she find the man with a dog and her photo in his hand. then she knows, the eyes in hers was truely from him.

please give me the name of this drama.

What you have described is the MV of the Korean song "Because You Are a Woman" by the group Kiss. I don't think it has been turned into either a movie or a drama.

Hi everyone,

We try to find the name of a crime series. It was shown two or three years ago on JSTV (we only manage to get three jp stations over here in cologne/germany). We cant provide the title or actors of the series.

It was done in semi documentary style like certain "modern" crime series, half hour closed-story episodes, telling the various cases of an special investigator and his team, except that the setting was in medieval japan (samurai era).

Ideas anyone?

Even if we cant find this series, maybe there are recommendations for similar asian crime series with historic setting?

I don't really know, but the show "Hatchobori 7" was sort of a samurai crime drama, but I think the episodes were 45 minutes, not 1/2 hour. I didn't find it to be anything special though.

Perhaps king of the samurai/crime dramas is Abarenbo Shogun. I've seen a few episodes of that, and found it very enjoyable. I recommend it.

hi there!
i was jst wondering what this japanese drama is called. i dont really know the name of it but my friend who is learning a bit on japanese said it was called something along these lines--> Gal Ru Sa. I have the title of it in japanese but unfortunetly my computer doesnt allow me to type in japanese to search what it is called.
the plot in the 1st episode, *in my understanding* has these group of girls. I think they`re all rich & pretty, & part of an exclusive group. They pick on this girl like contaminating her drink & i think they all sent her messages saying something bad to her. This leads to her about to committ suicide but this girl tries to save her. While this is happening there is some random guy who is from Arizona >< I think he`s an American Indian coz he dresses with those boots w/ spikes & wears a cowboy hat. he lives in a tent thingo in some park. he arrived in japan by a parachute -___-; & that was as far as i could understand. im REALLY sorry if this was long, but i really really REALLY want to watch this coz it looks really interesting, but i cnt understand it. soo it would be MUCH appreciated if you`re able to help me! thanks in advance !! <3; reina

I recently got a show of excitement with some Japanese High School students from Edogawa when I mentioned the Japanese television classic, "Torisan." I think "Torisan" means "Mr. tiger."
