i've been busy at work, today's an off day for me as well, since our offices are moving/transition

Pretty good so far... Cautious optimism on my part.
I am jazzed about my cholesterol being 140 (was 260) though. :woot:
How the ankle? Running 5Ks now? :)
wow, you really lowered your Cholesterol big time...good for you..
my bro-in-law has high cholesterol..
what did you do to lower it so much since your last high Chl. score
running....yeah, i've been running less cause of my work schedule, it is hard to run 3-4 miles after a full work day/week, so i try to run once or twice atleast on the weekends, about 6 or more miles a week..
I got part of the day off today cause of the office move/transition, so plan on running today too.
The ankle is healed, mostly....the torn ligaments took a few months to heal...i'd say I am back up to speed on running again.

Lotsa fruit, vegetables, high fiber/complex carbs, fish and chicken. Very very little or no rice, potatoes, sodas, ice cream, cookies, etc... I think that alone helped me lose ten pounds.

Then exercise, exercise, exercise.
And more exercise.
wow, that is good...
something that is hard to do, while working, and sometimes eating out...
they took away our company kitchen in the move/transition, so this week was eating out...which is $$, and fast food...i prefer to make lunch, save $$ and eat better...
yeah exercise is the best....at one point i was running 12-15 miles a week..
i think i am now about 162lbs
