Yeah, the weather was pretty much the reason I wanted to go for a jog. That and I ate some unhealthy foods.

it's hard to eat healthy.......with all the american junk food available....
takes tough discipline to not eat the junkfood...

I took culinary arts in high school but I remember squat. I should really learn how to cook though. The ladies love it when a man knows how to cook.
