I like to watch MM for their costumes but ya, the shiny dresses are a little too... kiddy? But the white dresses in the performance with Goto Maki are good. Nice and sweet.
With the hope that some ppl still haven't got it or maybe were waiting to watch some Ayaka's Surprise English lesson to better their English already I upped this one for you:
Ayaka's Surprise English Lesson! - Tsuji (Disneyland) (Not public anymore, If you missed to get it pm me)
It's even more funnier if you understand the Japanese parts as well (would say the Japanes parts are in easy Japanese, kind of JLPT level 4 ) But of course it's enjoyable without knowing Japanese as well so hope you ENJOY Let's see if you get the Engrish part (Too bad they used Engrish in a English Lesson )
Info: - Orig. Filename - Ayaka's Surprise English Lesson! - Tsuji [ Disneyland ] (can't upload it with that name, so may you rename it later if you want) - Size: 26 mb - Duration: 2,35 min - Member: Nozomi Tsuji - Theme: What would you like to do if you had a free day tomorrow?
Note: Please don't link this file from other boards or other homepages! Feel free to give the link to a few friends if you think they would like it but please don't spread it everywhere you can (like posting in IRC Chans, Chats etc.) Thanks

Didn't know there were hardcore momusu fans in this forum. I'm a big fan of old school momusu ie when Yuko was there. Nacci is leaving end of this month. Expect lots of crying in the final concert.
On a jdorama note, currently watching Local News Section 3. Kago and Kaori play supporting roles as sisters. Both can't act well but Kago definitely knows how to act kawaii. How do you guys think is the best actress in HP? Based on the few (horrible) Momusu movies and a few jdramas (Yanpapa, Gokusen, Local News Section3), I'd have to guess Nacci.
!!!Tsujikago to graduate from MM in the summer, form own group!!!
In one way because I also think that my interest in MM generally will be more less without them (as I mentioned before they are my favourite duo of MM) but in some way it's nice that they create something new, especially the two of them Maybe wont be that bad (just imagine the two would totally disappear )
Even if I would prefer them to stay of course I'm relieved that they create their own thing and wont stop goofing.

With the twins graduating that means we'll lose 3 momusu girls this year!
Heres a tribute to the girls from when they started to now.
credit: Some of the info is taken from jpop.com
It all started at the Asayan Sharon Q audition on 1997-08-24 where they were auditioning for a female singer to join Sharon Q.
Among the auditioning girls there was
Asuka Fukada
Yuko Nakazawa
Natsumi Abe
Kaori Iida
Aya Ishiguro
They all fail the audition and another girl won. They were called back on Asayan and lead singer of Sharon Q, Tsunku gave them a challenge. They would get a record deal and he would produce them if they record and sold 50,000 of an indie single "Ai no Tane".
The girls took the challenge and went all out even taking it to the streets and on the 4th day they manage to reach the 50,000 mark.
So begins Morning Musume 1st Generation
About 3 months after 3 new girls would be added.
Left to right: Sayaka Ichii, Mari Yaguchi and Kei Yasuda
Morning Musume 2nd Generation
January 1999, Asuka Fukada would leave the group to continue her studies. An audition was held to replace Asuka.
The winner of that audition would be 13 yr old Maki Goto.
Morning Musume 3rd Generation
January 2000 saw Aya Ishiguro graduating from momusu. April of same year, another audition held with a staggering 25,000 applicants but this time 4 new members would join.
Left to right: Hitomi Yoshizawa, Rika Ishikawa, Nozomi Tsuji and Ai Kago
Morning Musume 4th Generation
With the ever changing group, Sayaka Iichi would decide to leave just after her first single with the 4th gen. In 2001 their leader Yuko Nakazawa would graduate to persue her solo career and another audition was held with another 4 girls joining.
Top left to right: Risa Niigaki and Makoto Ogawa
Bottom left to right: Ai Takahashi and Asami Konno
Morning Musume 5th Generation
In 2002, Maki Goto would graduate on her birthday and Kei Yasuda would graduate in Spring 2003. Late 2002 would see an audition held for 6th gen members. The winners would be
left to right: Eri Kamei, Sayumi Michishige and Reina Tanaka
It was decided that current H!P soloist Miki Fujimoto would also be joining.
So that brings us to the latest incarnation of Morning Musume
Morning Musume 6th Generation

Yeah MM has an interesting history, the 1st gen had to work real hard to make the group a reality and every generation after had to work real hard to get in. The audition videos for each gen is really interesting and shows how tough and competitive it is and how harse the instructors were on them. Every single one I saw there were lots of crying, lots of determination and lots of spirit. Thats why I like momusu so much.
Anyway you can read up on morning musume's history in a bit more detail over at jpop.com -> http://www.jpop.com/mm.php
