No kidding! I've seen some of those pictures of Dells on fire ... pretty scary.
True story though: I once ordered a Dell desktop system and they accidentally delivered two systems instead of one. I called them a few times to tell them about their mistake, but they wouldn't agree to come out and pick it up. So I just used it, and eventually gave it away a couple years later. Gotta love those 2fers

Nope. Not really. Depending on how well you know your menus/dialogs, you can easily navigate them and learn what the characters are at the same time.
