Maybe you have a firewall that blocks animated stuff, or some other adblocker.

It's for a storage server (movies and other stuff). They are in RAID, so only 1.5TB of storage instead of 3. Sad

Still way more than what I have at home. Drooling

If you don't need that much that's ok. They are a bit expensive. $500, more or less, each.

Yeah, i'm using my 200G drive as an excuse to download more dramas lol... I just have to remember to back up my files to CD or DVD.

(Note to self: BACK UP #@$$%#@&*!! FILES!!)

Especially as my last HDD died without any warning.

Sorry for the double post Smile

At work we have just changed how our comps log on to the network - it's a domain setup now. I've just discovered that Win XP firewall on my comp won't allow Bit Tornado access to the net Sad and I can't change it because this setting is covered by something called "Group Policy" (This is where my comp knowledge falls down). I tried logging on as Administrator but still the same problem - and i've noticed that other things are blocked too, such as Dreamweaver. Anyone know how to override this? I would like BT to work, since we will be getting a 24M/bit connection soon Wink
I guess I could use HTTP Tunnel?

The only way to override this is by not loggin in. (into the domain). The group policies are applied the second your account is validated. Sad

If they configured the proxy right, they should block your net connection, if you're not logged into the domain. HTTP Tunnel might be the only way.
