This can be easily seen in several shots, where steady non moving mechas are full of airbrushes and colored details, and animated one have a single shade (most probably Cel type shade) |

sorry if I worded it badly , but i didnt mean that FMP was FULLY CGI. I was referring to the submarine and a few other scenes where the object in question is fully 3d. I didnt mean the whole show. BUT they are called gonzo DIGIMATION for a reason (but i never meant toi say fmp was fully cg)

													Just started watching shingetsutan tsukihime.

Looks very promising...

UPDATE:

just finished tsukihime - a very good anime but way too short. Anyway, watching this made me realize why i like anime best, jdrama/kdrama second. Its a bit of a vampire genre with a little romance thrown in between. Animation doesnt stand out but i like the story very much. The opening track was also nice - very classy. _________________

Although I mostly have dramas, I watch drama occasionally. I'm more into the romantic type anime but for action-based, I enjoy Naruto. I also enjoy Tennis no Ojisama and this week, I've been addicted to .hack stuff.

yeah, the story is quite good. watched 13 eps already, so far so good. also currently watching Gungrave, Peace Maker Kurogane, Saiyuki Reload and Shadow Skill. PMK is quite okay too, but since the story revolves around the boy fighting action is too little.

I watched all the available eps of Shadow skill - I like it even though the animation is dated. And yes, PMK is also nice. Havent tried Saiyuki yet though. No more space on hd to download. _________________

Speaking of Ai Yori Aoshi English...

I don't know about the rest of you, but I just can't STAND listening to anime dubbed in English! Ai Yori Aoshi -- classic example. The English voice of Sakuraba Aoi just irritated me to death! And the English voice of Tina Foster... Ugggggh!!!! I prefer to listen to the Japanese voices and read the English subtitles.
