After I finish catching up here, I'm gonna hit the threadmill. I haven't done my mile in weeks now.
Im off to the Gym too. Think the recumbent bike and a good book for a half hour sounds fine. Maybe some weights after. I had a hard workout yesterday so Im taking it easier today. _________________

The hardest workout I've had recently was on the last day of september. I did the Terry Fox run for cancer awarness.
I know it's no excuse, but teaching really tires me out, so when I get home I have no desire to work out. Therefore I've been neglecting it. I need to motivate myself. >.< _________________

Just got back from my raid on Costco... Some like the Raid on Entebbe, but with much more casualities.
I am overdue for a Costco run myself. What are some of your favorites items to buy? I know that your CA stores sound like they have quite a few items that we don't have in our LI store.

I have a costco right by my house, and I've only been there once... _________________

Usually large double packs of roasted turkey for lunch, peanuts, oatmeal cookies, contact lens solution, water, paper towels, bathroom tissue... Nothing noteworthy, just basic items...
I noticed they've already got the Xmas stuff out... Whoa.

What no salmon? I usually buy a package with a friend and we split it. I have to try their roasted turkey. Thanks for that suggestion b-kun. I have a hard time getting past their book section without buying something.
Yes Christmas items have been out in some stores since the end of Sept.

It is fun to go shopping there with a friend. Sometimes their bulk items are too much for little ole me alone. Plus I have tried new foods and other items from Costco when I am with my friends, that I would never have looked at by myself. You really have to know your regular prices before you shop there because somethings are bargains and others are not.

Also Wynter some people like to go to Costco for the free food samples. Why do all the folks getting the free samples always act so starved?
I remember those. I went there once with my mum (she has the card) and couldn't get past the book section either. Especially their box sets! I got my whole set of Lord of the Rings from there and a few Munroe's.
I found it hard to avoid over-buying, since most things are in bulk or really large portions. _________________

i think that is good that you know exactly what you want and then buy, and don't browse too much longer, cause that is how people end up spend extra on things they might not really need....what a waste...sounds so american.....supersize that?
