You guys know that she just recently had a serious MEDICAL) eye-surgery thats why she wears these very dark sunglasses and apparently has problems blinking don't you!?

it's probably because the plastic surgery that made her eyes as big as an alien let in too much light so she has blink all the time.

She's probably a life size pokemon from some other distant planet....
