Actually sendspace can use..just before the limit..U need to keep refresh it until the slot is avalible...I also dun have idea about this much but it works for me...

I think only megaupload is not working for some country like malaysia and singapore..But it works with sendspace,YSI,sharebigfile,rapidshare and Etc..
