The Dodger rollercoaster season has finally derailed, crashed, and burned. Puppy Dog Eyes

It's officially over.

Since 1988 when they won the World Series, the Dodgers have won only ONE game in like about four/five post season appearances.

Yuck. bleh

Well, of the teams that are left, I guess I'd like to see the Mets win it the most. They've got Shawn Green and Paul LoDuca, both good guys that deserve a chance to play in a World Series.
On the Dodger front, while I'm disappointed they lost, they finished with 17 more wins than last year and the kids (Ethier, Loney, Martin, etc.) give them a huge upside for the future Applaud

One of my co-workers is hoping the Dodgers get A-Rod. Crazy I have no desire to pay $40 for upper deck nosebleed seats.

The Dodgers will give serious consideration to re-signing Garciaparra, depending on the price tag reports the LA Daily News. Head Scratch

Yaeh I just saw on the news that Joe Torre is staying for one more year with the NY Yankees. I just love Joe Torre and his soft Italian brown eyes. I know that is not a good reason to keep a baseball manager but hey it is my prerogative as a woman. Bleah Calzone....Good one dochira! hehe

Mets-Cards rained out.

Tigers beat the A's again, 8-5... A's down 2-0 in the best of seven.
