Wife said it's great though. She kept complaining about wanting to see the original again. But finally gave in and said that this new version is really cool. |
yeah....a total challenge watching a j-drama without subtitles...forces you to learn it....i just try to recognize the words that i am familar with, but cannot piece it together to make much sense...just a few words here and there...

he has a handsome look, i'm sure that's part and parcel of his popularity.
edit: but he also has skill in performing comic roles.

Fa sure. He's talent is prominent right off the bat, and it's rare to see someone so good looking play such goofy roles. It's so fitting in T&D, tho. _________________

he really owned the role of Kotora in T&D...i also give him praise for his role in MY BOSS MY HERO and Mukodono...but T&D was his best i believe...he won a best actor award for that role.

I've put My boss, my hero on my list. I'm really glad he won the award for T&D and that his role wasn't dismissed as just another comedic performance. >>gush<< _________________

eps 5-8 of shota no sushi - the eps are just flying past!
nippon ichi!!!
edit: finished ep 9
wanted to add a note about Kimura Yoshino - in both Over Time and this series, she plays her role very well, so well that she really makes me intensely dislike both those two characters she played _________________
