thank you for the caps, tensh_angels87!!
they look healthy but i'm curious about jun's hair. i've heard so many rumors about it, it's got a life of its own!
speaking of hair.. i still can't seem to like ohno-kun's hair. i loved it when they were filming "kiiroi namida" because it was nice and black. he should've kept it like that. it just doesn't make him look his best the way it is now.
did anybody go see the kisarazu world series movie this past weekend? (not living in japan so i couldn't see it. if i was, i would've definitely went to go see it. dying to see it..) HOW WAS IT?!

As for "Letters from Iwo Jima", I think it is set to release some time in January in Singapore. Especially since they brought in "Death Note" and "Sinking of Japan" and coming soon, "Taiyou no Uta" - the movie. Warner Brothers would most probably bring in "Letters" since it's the accompanying movie to "Flags" and not just because of Nino being in it.
are you serious????????? January??????
i actually emailed Golden Village, and they replied saying they currently have no plans in airing Letters from Iwo Jima *hopes all dashed* but I would love to believe you even in the slightest hope!!!

Whoa, it's been so long since my last post here! XDDD
And there's so many new people I don't know! XD
I thought of posting before, but I realised that I don't have anything to share! Neither news, videos or pics! Absolutely nothing! T_T I feel so out of Arashi~ *cries a river*
My question is... Is there any online shop where you can get this year's concert goods?! If there are goods available still, because I'm a few months later ^^;; Any small help will be great! Thanks in advance!
Btw, it's not that I'm back definitely, I'm now using my bro's PC because mine doesn't have internet u.uUU So I'll try to check on JDO more often but not as much as I did before disappearing XD
EDIT
Uwaa~ the thread is pretty quiet nowadays XDDD I guess I'll have to come back again in a loooong while~ XD _________________

btw..a little sidetracked...bt recently i watched death note..and i noticed the main lead who acted as Lighto....from far rite..he looks a little like riida....cos they kinda have the same face shape...and at certain scenes the main lead's smile actualli reminded mi of riida....loll..no offence to ohno's fans..bt i just thgt he looked a little like riida frm a distance..loll..perhaps its just mi?bt i was on a happie the entire movie cos it reminded mi of riida and arashi!loll

The 19th annual Tokyo International Festival, in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo, raised it's curtains on the 21st. Adorning
the opening was [Flags of our Fathers], the American side of the collaboration project between America and Japan
based on the fierce battle of Iwo Jima which became pivotal to the Pacific War, Clint Eastwood (76) who undertook
the direction of it, and Watanabe Ken (47) who starred in the Japanese side [Letter from Iwo Jima] appeared
in a video message. Upstage the actors from both sides met for the first time, mixing with a yell that energized
the location.
The curtain-raising event, as it was called, was when the lead actors of [Flags of our Fathers], Jesse Bradford
(27) and others, made their appearance on the Roppongi Hills stage. Because of the editing of [Letter from Iwo Jima]
Director Eastwood was unable to come to Japan, his features were reflected in the location on a giant screen,
raising commotion from the audience.
That Director Eastwood forwarded something like a video message was unprecedented. With just that for this creation
filled with such deep emotions, [I am extremely honoured to have been chosen for the opening creation. Please
enjoy it.] he called out.
Iwo Jima's attack was a project sketched out in an America-Japan collaboration. Watanabe, who also couldn't attend
due to work circumstances, also appeared on video. Commenting on his enjoymen of the one-step-ahead American part,
[A very Clint-like cool movie. Each country's standpoint on the war's misery, cruelty, I was glued to with
relentless calmness.] he raved. To the American side's actors who were at the location he said with confidence,
[The team for "Letter from Iwo Jima" also, so as not to lose to anyone, worked their utmost to create it.]
The Japanese side's actors, [Arashi]'s Ninomiya Kazunari (23), Ihara Tsuyoshi (42), and Kase Ryou (31) hastened
in to the location, shaking hands and mixing with Bradford et. al. with smiles. Ihara praised them, [Although we weren't
working together with each other, it feels like we're comrades.]
Already being called a strong contender for an Academy Award, Ninomiya said [I wish to obtain about three (oscars).
Following (Academy nominee for best supporting actor) Ken-san.] is his ambition.
For the World Premiere at the Japanese Budoukan in the middle of next month, Director Eastwood will be coming to
Japan. When Ihara suggested, [What if you invite (Director Eastwood) to a concert?], Ninomiya responded [That's
embarrasing. But it might be fun, ne.] with enthusiasm.
Hope that helps, I did my best
thanks a bunch JunNoHime!
the thought of Nino&Clinto going to a concert together
aaah... he did sound a weee bit cocky although he didn't intended to do so.

Faithe here are 3 out of 5 files that you've requested. I have to look for the TIFF one, donno where I place it The MMA #76, might be tomorrow at least before I'm finish uploading it The reason for your files not DL from CB, there is no problem with it. Sometimes CB does that. You just have to wait and let it do its thing. I've try downloading this one mp3 and it took me the whole day **it was only 4 mb btw** What you can do is, restart you computer and try to DL it again, if it still doesn't work then just leave it on, it'll start DLing sooner or later. CB tend to be a lil confusing, my download speed is not bad, usually is at 42-53 kb but sometimes it would go like 5 kb and that's when I'm like not running anything at all except that. So don't worry to much on it.

pinkdragon - Thanks for the trailer link! I swear you KILLED me!! the part of PAPA NINO...omg......and his background voice...OOOMMMMGGGG...did he have some training for his tekkon anime dubbing? LOL his voice sounded SO MATURE and EMOTIONAL!!!!!! never exactly heard him like that before!!!!! totally different from his boyish and high pitched "YAY" which he says pretty often in mago2 or arashi's tv shows
hanijun - ah thanks for sharing MMA77!!!!! u are a life saver....
Aibaka - thanks for the caps! wonderful job argh wonder whos the lucky girl who gets to be nino's WIFE...and have HIS BABY....
Junhonime - indeed a fanstastic job for the translation!!!!!!! btw, nino is one ambitious boy yeah...3 oscars???? WOW
Tenshi chan - thanks for your response and uploads!! btw, its not MMA76 that I need, its MMA77. but hanijun has kindly uploaded it on SS already (so may save you some work....hope u have not started the upload yet! ) you are right about CB being temperamental and confusing haha...its usually OK for small files, but when its big, it just wont start or budge for me sighzz think i'm left with shukudaikun episode 5, thanks
