Why you ask ?
Becuase It's a 6-8 hour drive from my house!!!!
Similar distance from her to Ottawa and well at least to me thats not very far since I have fam in Ottawa I visit often enough
!
(You know your from Ontario when you measure distance by time  )
To think if he's in NY its only like 6 hours. 
I went to NY last May and now he's there!!!
My god the ugly fangirl in me has shown her face 
ehehe but I can't stop thinking about how my friend is going there in the spring and wants me to go too!
 The plans are already forming in my head!

there are quite a number of female japanese exchange students in the los angeles area.....if you can direct me to the site i would imagine the name of the community college is in katakana......in any event if it's in los angeles it's probably santa monica community college which is the number one junior college for transfer students into the UC system. but there are lots of junior colleges around here.
my guess is that it would be one of the following:
Santa Monica Community College
Pasadena Community College
Saddleback
El Camino Comunity College

you beat me to it son...but yeah i agree....it's most likey Santa Monica Community College or El Camino which is Torrance and would also likely have lots of japanese students
