Since it's for he fanclub only, there are not many choices. eBay or if you know a fan club member or someone in Japan who can buy it .

This sucks.


Maybe one of these importers could help too. They buy stuff in Japan, for a fee, a mail it to you. I never used it personally, but some people here have.
