Well, first of all, this is TOTALLY TOTALLY un-related to Japanese dramas. I just needed to express my massive frustration and anger. And, JDorama.com was very near by!!!!
In case the web site's down, here's the skinny if it all... This guy wanted a Dell computer for Christmas. I'm assuming he told his parents he wanted a computer, but didn't tell them WHAT KIND of computer he wanted. Most Windows people think all computers are alike, right???? LOL!
So his REALLY nice parents go out and buy him a computer: a $2500+ Apple Power Macintosh G5 with DUAL PROCESSORS, tons of RAM and hard disk, etc.
The guy receives this gift. Like a typical Windows rich spoiled brat, he says, "Well, the case is nice... But it doesn't run xxxx and yyy and zzzzz!" If it were me, I'd send it to my parents saying, "Hey I appreciate the gift and the overall jesture very much. However, it doesn't run the things I want to use, therefore you should return it and get your money back." My parents wouldn't throw a cow over that.
But noooooooooo.... Instead of getting their $2500 back in exchange for a much cheaper Dell system, he rips EVERYTHING out of the case and throws in a $1.93 third-rate Athlon motherboard!!!!!!! What a jack-*ss!!!!!
I'd like his parents to start sending him some Macintosh software.... "Let's give little Johnny-boy some software... How about that $1000 Final Cut Pro????" LOL!!!!
It's like one of my friends said, "Some people just shouldn't be given nice things."

well... probably...
1) he's not very bright and not very good at maths
2) he's not really knowledegable or proficient at computers
3) Neither are his parents at both of the above...
4) they're probably rich ppl...
And if he had bought from an apple dealer... they might not have non macintosh computers available for him to exchange...
just my 2cents
