i've read a lot of different reviews aobut shun's acting on that. its sooo hard to portray a anime character. and even harder to make a manga into a live action without being so cheesy. personally...i thought shun's acting in it was pretty good though it wasn't one of his great acting. AND IT PAINS ME TO SAY IT! 'cause he tried sooooooooooooooooooo hard to make it work. the plot was cool but the boat was a little....over the top. AND DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED WITH THE GIRL argh...dont even know why they casted her. the best actor was the ran's father! forgot his name...but HE'S PLAYS THE DAD IN 1 LITRE OF TEARS ALSO. he's really good and did a great job. _________________

the language is called tagalog...it's the most used language here in the philippines (well at least for me...cause philippines have so many dialelects and i only know how to speak tagalog)...sorry for the confusion..hehehe
i watched detective conan, i thought the story was good, interesting...as usual oguri shun did a good job...but i agree that it wasn't one of his greatest acting...i think his performance in gokusen, stand up and hana yori dango were some of his best performance...as for the girl, hmmm..didn't even like her the first time i saw her on the press conference, when i saw that video, i immediately searched for her in wiki.d-addicts...and when i saw her picture i thought she looked old...hahahah...i actually prefered the girl who played sonoko, cause i watched her in brother beat and she looks so much better...well the dad, i thought he was really funny (i think he fits well in comedic roles, i also saw him in 1 litre of tears, but i was more focused on nishikido ryo, hehee)...anyway i hope shun gets more main roles next year cause he deserves it!

1 litere of tears.... The girl in Detective Conan... I hate her she's damn bland for an actress... and she looks scrary when she widens her eyes.....
And yeah I so agree that Shun deserves to get some more lead roles!!!
